The Burn Program Manager (BPM) is an essential role for the William Randolph Hearst Burn Center at New York Presbyterian / Weill Cornell Medical Center. The Burn Program Manager (BPM) is responsible for the following aspects of the Burn Program at the New York Presbyterian Hospital: Outpatient Burn Clinic, Burn Outreach, and the Hyperbaric Medicine Program. He/She will act as the liaison between nursing staff, medical staff, clinical support services and administration. The Burn Program Manager will work both independently and in collaboration with the Burn Program Medical Director.
Responsibilities include the implementation and analysis of all performance improvement efforts related to burn care, coordination of in-service education for burn team members and participation in community wide prevention and education programs for health care providers and the general public. The BPM also acts as a consistent reference for families during the in-hospital and rehabilitation phases of care.
Required -
Masters in Nursing or related field if already holds a BSN degree. Either bachelors or graduate degree must be in nursing.

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP. NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
Salary Range: $145,000-$193,000/Annual
