This is a high-visibility position that demands tremendous interpersonal communications and public relations skills, as you will at times be working with the Office of the President, public affairs, legal affairs/risk management, medical ethics, and local government offices. You will be caring for the people who are constantly caring for NYP and its patients, while preserving our continued delivery of patient-centered care.
In this role, you will maintain confidentiality for a large referral base while managing medical, ethical and discharge matters for patients, colleagues and their families. You will serve as first response, identifying significant events and recommending positive solutions while proactively mitigating potential liability and safety issues for the hospital. You will be a key liaison and mediator, providing a centralized and consistent patient resource and grievance mechanism to ensure patients' rights are recognized.

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP. NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
Salary Range: $122,500-$176,500/Annual
