As a Nurse Coordinator, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care while supporting a team of providers. From performing in-office procedures to educating patients and managing clinical staff, you'll help ensure every patient receives timely, high-quality patient centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs procedures and provides direct nursing care and patient education for pre- and post-operative OBGYN patients.
  • Assist with medical documentation, including forms, medication appeals, and supply orders.
  • Oversee Medical Assistants and LPNs; coordinate provider schedules and patient follow-up to ensure continuity of care.

Schedule

  • Full-Time, Monday – Friday, Day Shift

Primary Locations: This role will require to travel between Downtown Flushing and Forest Hill sites.

Preferred Criteria:

  • Bilingual in Korea and/or Mandarin
  • Prior experience in Urology or Urogyn

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Active New York State RN License
  • BCLS Certification (American Heart Association)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
