Associate Transplant Coordinator partners with Transplant Coordinators (RN) and other clinical staff to facilitate comprehensive care and treatment specific to transplant patients and donors. Utilizes thorough knowledge of both transplant donor and recipient treatment plans to guide patients in all administrative components associated with the Transplant process. Position includes direct contact and communication with patient, in person, on telephone or via e-mail and contact with donor/organ procurement organizations.
This position is located at New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. The hours are from 9am to 5pm.
