✨ About The Role
- The Clinical Supervisor will support the Director of Patient Care Services in leading the development of home care service capabilities and overall direction of clinical services
- Responsibilities include coordinating patient care services, providing guidance to clinical personnel, and evaluating performance to optimize patient care
- The role involves training and mentoring new organization personnel, conducting in-service training, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws
- The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing patient care services, scheduling assignments, and developing individualized plans of care
- The position requires participation in performance improvement programs, conducting field supervisory visits, and ensuring the safe delivery of home health services

- Experienced Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role within the healthcare field
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and mentor clinical teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure quality patient care and compliance with regulations
- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to work efficiently with electronic health care charting systems
- Must have a current RN license in the state of California and a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing
