Registered Nurse (Home Health) - Part Time - Honolulu, HI

✨ About The Role

- The Home Health Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care in the patient's home under physician supervision - Responsibilities include following start of care plans, providing treatment, discharges, wound care, medication administration, and developing treatment plans based on physician's orders - The role involves submitting regular patient care progress reports to attending physicians and clinical staff - The Nurse will participate in and monitor patient and family care compliance activities, manage and coordinate the plan of care, and complete clinical and medical documentation on all patients - Neogen Care practices all protective measures recommended by health organizations to safeguard employees and patients from COVID-19 exposure

⚡ Requirements

- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a relevant industry job, such as Acute Care, Rehab, Hospital, Home Health, or Hospice - Ability to manage and coordinate the plan of care effectively, ensuring positive patient care outcomes - Proficiency in wound care, patient teaching, medication management, lab draws, and IV infusion is a plus - Experience with Electronic Medical Record Software, such as Wellsky or Kinnser, is advantageous - Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a clinical team to provide quality patient care
