✨ About The Role
- Provide direct patient care as defined by the California Nurse Practice Act
- Implement plans of care initiated by the registered nurse
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
- Educate patients and family members on diagnosis and plan of care
- Prepare and submit clinical and progress notes
âš¡ Requirements
- Must have a current California LVN license and certifications in Blood Withdrawal and Intravenous Therapy
- Ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recent acute care experience or experience in a skilled nursing facility or home health agency
- Strong skills in observation, communication, problem-solving, and basic computer skills are required
- Ability to perform blood draws from patients and have a vehicle for transportation
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record Software, such as Kinnser, is a plus
