✨ About The Role
- Provide direct patient care as per the California state Nurse Practice Act
- Implement plans of care initiated by the registered nurse and provide accurate documentation
- Assess and educate patients and family/caregivers on diagnosis and plan of care
- Prepare, coordinate, and submit clinical and progress notes in a timely manner
- Practice all necessary protective measures to safeguard employees and patients from COVID-19 exposure
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience in acute care, SNF, or Home Health agency
- Proficient in blood draws, wound care, patient teaching, and medication management
- Strong skills in observation, communication, problem-solving, and Electronic Medical Record Software
- Detail-oriented individual with a current California LVN license and Blood Withdrawal and Intravenous Therapy certification
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and provide high-quality patient care
