REMOTE SR SPECIALIST, QUALITY MANAGEMENT (RN)

✨ About The Role

- The Senior Specialist, Quality Management will be responsible for implementing and overseeing healthcare quality monitoring activities and programs
- Conduct quality monitoring audits, including audits of medical record quality, services, and health and safety
- Support the creation and revision of policies and procedures reflective of state requirements for quality management functions
- Monitor and ensure timely completion of key quality activities involving clinical decision-making
- Evaluate project/program activities to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure compliance with state contract and program requirements
                            

⚡ Requirements

- Experienced healthcare professional with a minimum of 3 years in the industry, including 1 year in quality management and clinical quality investigations
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and capable of working across all levels of the organization
- Holds a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree
- Possesses required licenses and certifications for the role, such as an Arizona RN license
