- Responsible for managing the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs for the enterprise
- Oversight of clinical training teams supporting various activities such as utilization management, case management, and health management
- Develop and maintain the company's enterprise-wide healthcare services training program
- Manage a team of Clinical Services Trainers responsible for delivering new employee orientation, clinical initiatives, and special projects
- Collaborate in the development of training content, design, technology, and implementation efforts

- Experienced healthcare professional with a background in managed healthcare, case management, or utilization management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team of clinical trainers
- Familiarity with clinical systems technology and change management processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of confidentiality
