✨ About The Role

- Responsible for assessing inpatient services for members to ensure optimal outcomes, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with regulations
- Analyzing clinical service requests from members or providers against evidence-based clinical guidelines
- Identifying appropriate benefits, eligibility, and expected length of stay for requested treatments and procedures
- Conducting inpatient reviews to determine financial responsibility for Molina Healthcare and its members
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote the Molina Care Model and ensure quality care for patients
                            

⚡ Requirements

- Experienced Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant hospital acute care/medical experience
- Must possess an active, unrestricted State Registered Nursing (RN) license in good standing
- Strong attention to detail and excellent computer skills are essential for multitasking between systems and accurately documenting interactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high productivity levels
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with team members using virtual office tools like MS Teams, video conferencing, and email/chat communications
