• Program content aligns with QSEN competencies and ANCC Practice Transition Accreditation Program (PTAP) requirements
• Rolling enrollment means NTP nurses can begin the program within 30-45 days of hire
• Specialty Clinical Practice Tracks provide hands on skills practice to enhance application of didactic content
• Content has been condensed to allow nurses to complete the program in 6-8 months
