✨ About The Role
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in the Emergency Department setting, including initial and ongoing patient assessment, treatment, and evaluation
- Administer medications safely and coordinate patient care throughout hospital departments
- Act as a patient safety advocate by participating in quality improvement initiatives and ensuring worker safety
- Collaborate with outside agencies for patient care coordination and demonstrate core cultural and safety behaviors
- Utilize knowledge of contemporary emergency nursing practice to care for patients across the lifespan with various physical and emotional alterations
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced Registered Nurse with at least 5-8 years of relevant experience in emergency department or critical care settings
- Ability to work well in high-stress environments and handle fluctuating workloads effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and outside agencies
- Proficient in applying evidence-based patient care practices and emergency nursing protocols
- Holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and maintains current RN license and certifications
