✨ About The Role
- Responsible for providing comprehensive patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to establish goals and strategies for patient care
- Administers medications safely and maintains current nursing care plans for assigned patients
- Identifies patient learning needs and provides individualized teaching
- Acts as a patient safety advocate and supports the mission of providing physical and psychological support to patients and families

- Experienced Registered Nurse with 5-8 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and patients
- Ability to prioritize patient care and demonstrate effective time management skills
- Proficient in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and administering medications safely
- Holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and relevant certifications such as BLS and ACLS
