The Shift Supervisor is responsible and accountable for the employees, departments, and operations of the facility on the evening and night shifts. This encompasses excellence and quality in patient care delivery, fiscal responsibility, management, and leadership of the evening and night shifts staff. Collaboration will be maintained with clinical directors, managers, and the medical staff to provide the highest quality of care for our residents, clients, and patients. Proactive customer service through positive interaction with families, visitors, and the community will be a high priority. Involved in continuous performance improvement, staff monitoring, problem-solving, and resource utilization. Excellent interpersonal skills, problem identification, and resolution abilities are essential.
