- The ideal candidate is an experienced RN with at least one year of independent nursing practice experience.
- They should possess valid BLS and ACLS certifications from recognized organizations.
- A strong interest in expanding their career into specialty areas such as ICU, Emergency Room, or Labor and Delivery is essential.
- The candidate must demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
