✨ About The Role
- Provide leadership and supervision to certified nursing assistants
- Oversee the care and wellbeing of residents, including administering medications as ordered by the physician
- Complete charting, treatment plans, physician orders, and other necessary documentation
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required
- Collaborate with physicians, welcome new residents and families, and perform other duties as assigned

- Licensed Vocational Nurse in California with knowledge of long-term care patient needs and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience providing leadership and supervision to certified nursing assistants
- Skilled in overseeing the care and wellbeing of residents, administering medications, and completing necessary documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, residents, and families to ensure a high standard of care
- Familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC) and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
