β¨ About The Role
- Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and help patients attain or maintain physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
- Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in the patientβs condition
- Provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
- Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
- Exhibit excellent customer service, concentration, reasoning skills, and good judgment in a healthcare setting
β‘ Requirements
- Experienced Registered Nurse with at least 5-8 years of relevant industry experience in providing quality patient care
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and provide clinical supervision to other healthcare professionals
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards patients
- Skilled in evaluating patient needs, developing care plans, and adapting to changes in patient conditions
- Must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment
