✨ About The Role

- The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and providing care and services to help patients attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. - Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessment, revising care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition, and providing clinical supervision to C N As and LPNs. - The RN will work as an important member of the interdisciplinary team to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. - The role involves implementing and interpreting the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department. - The Registered Nurse will have the opportunity to grow professionally and contribute to the continued growth and commitment to providing quality patient care at Life Care Center of East Ridge.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate for this role would be a Registered Nurse with at least one year of geriatric nursing experience. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver quality nursing care to patients are essential for success in this position. - The candidate should have a nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing) and must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment. - Experience in providing clinical supervision to C N As and LPNs is preferred. - The successful candidate should exhibit excellent customer service, a positive attitude towards patients, and the ability to work productively on an interdisciplinary team.
