✨ About The Role
- Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provide services to help patients achieve the highest physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
- Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in the patient's condition
- Provide clinical supervision to C N As and LPNs on a daily basis
- Implement and interpret department programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients

- Experienced Registered Nurse with at least 5-8 years of geriatric nursing experience
- Ability to provide quality nursing care and clinical supervision to C N As and LPNs
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Holds an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- CPR certification and commitment to maintaining current certification
