- Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact
- Provide care and services to help patients attain or maintain the highest physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
- Monitor and report changes in the patient's condition
- Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs
- Must maintain an active LPN/LVN license in good standing throughout employment

- Graduated from an accredited LPN program and currently licensed/registered in the applicable State
- Preferably with one year of skilled nursing experience
- Must exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
- Ability to make independent decisions when necessary
