✨ About The Role
- Responsible for providing continuous quality patient care in various clinical settings as part of a resource team
- Assigned to different units during shifts to meet patient care needs in critical care, ED, medical-surgical, telemetry, LD, post-partum, or NICU areas
- Required to possess specific experience and qualifications based on the assigned RN team (Specialty/CCU, Inpatient Acute, Women's Services)
- Expected to deliver remarkable patient experiences and foster a safe patient environment driven by quality care principles
- Involved in leveraging diversity and inclusion to support quality care and contribute to a strong healthcare organization
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced Registered Nurse with 3-4 years of relevant experience in critical care, ED, medical-surgical, telemetry, LD, post-partum, or NICU settings
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a safe patient environment
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment with diverse patient populations
- Holds a current compact RN licensure and additional certifications such as Cardiac Dysrhythmia, Specialty Certification, Chemo Certification, Non Violent Crisis Intervention, Triage Course, and NRP
- Demonstrates teamwork, engagement, and community involvement in the healthcare setting
