✨ About The Role
- Provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents
- Execute physicians' prescribed plans of care and document care provided accurately
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Conduct patient assessments, coordinate care, and provide health promotion and training to family members
- Work in a home environment with one-to-one patient care and access to state-of-the-art technology for electronic charting
âš¡ Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a good standing license in the state of practice and current CPR certification
- Experience providing in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents
- Skilled in one-to-one patient care in a home environment and executing physicians' prescribed plans of care
- Ability to administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies while documenting care accurately
- Strong communication skills for patient assessments, care coordination, health promotion, and training of family members
