✨ About The Role
- Perform occupational health care activities including health and wellness training, employee health services, and compliance
- Support OSHA-required record keeping and determine employee restrictions and return-to-work timelines
- Develop and implement care plans based on medical directives and treat employee illnesses or injuries
- Conduct safety and ergonomic training, administer drug and alcohol programs, and design employee health and wellness programs
- Other duties as assigned, including handling basic issues and escalating complex problems
âš¡ Requirements
- Must have a Registered Nurse License and at least 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment
- Experience in a surgical background is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to handle basic issues under supervision and escalate complex problems appropriately
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
