In this role, you will:

Provide quality care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, medication administration, and wound care.
Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive comprehensive care.
Monitor resident health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members.

To be successful in this role, you must:

Be a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in the state you are working
Have a minimum of one year of experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
Possess strong compassion, empathy, and communication skills.
Be a team player with a positive and professional attitude.
