Job Description: Supervises individual contributors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management. That dictate how to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques to streamline operational processes. Assists with coordination of processes and assignments for Process Engineering area to ensure the delivery of consistent work products and process efficiency. Leads the implementation of new production processes and procedures that aim to streamline the organization's mass production operations and utilizes knowledge of process engineering to devise modifications that encourage a culture of continuous improvement. Evaluates performance of production stages to determine process engineering faults, equipment failures, and compliance risks in order to provide insight in the design of optimized production sequences and manufacturing operations. Maintains steady workflow and productivity through implementing quality control processes and resolves operational decisions within the team. Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within expected standards. Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

We are searching for the best talent for SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER to be in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. You will be responsible for:

• Identifies, designs and develops the necessary equipment.
• Performs material tests.
• Studies the processes to implement improvements.
• Responsible for preparing and managing specifications.
• Coordinates technicians and engineers about unusual problems.
• Responsible for purchasing and designing equipment and tools that meet manufacturing, safety and environment requirements.
• Participates in saving and capital projects.
• Responsible of complying with finance metrics.
• Responsible for evaluating and developing action plans for quality, safety, cost, service and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Performs activities of process/product validation.
• Responsible of evaluating and providing feedback in a timely manner, in performance and development plans for personnel in charge. Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
• For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.

Requirements:

Education: Engineering any specialty. Master of Science and/or Certification is recommended. From 4 to 6 years in a similar position preferably. Experience in medical industry preferably.

Experience and Skills: Required: Knowledge in good manufacturing practices and documentation preferably in the medical industry. Design of experiments. Knowledge of statistical analysis tools. Management of statistical procedures. Knowledge of computational packages. Oral communication skills; and written in Spanish. Senior Process Engineer: Strong understanding of standard costs and work standards.
