✨ About The Role

- Orchestrate the delivery of persona-based learning journeys at a local level to ensure a comprehensive learning experience
- Drive adoption, standardization, and efficiency of learning delivery processes for field force and core value teams
- Liaise with commercial directors and teams to prioritize business goals and learning needs based on capability requirements
- Report to the Strategy & Business Operations Head and work within the J&J Innovative Medicine LA Sur department
- Focus on creating a culture of inclusion and belonging where all perspectives, abilities, and experiences are valued

- Experience in orchestrating the delivery of learning journeys at a local level for a diverse audience
- Ability to liaise with commercial directors and teams to prioritize business goals and learning needs
- Skilled in driving adoption, standardization, and efficiency of learning delivery processes
- Understanding of field force and core value team dynamics in the healthcare industry
