General Summary
Orchestrate the delivery of Persona-based Learning Journeys at a Local level to ensure a harmonized and comprehensive Learning Experience for all learners across Latam. Drive adoption, standardization and efficiency of learning delivery processes.
Target Audience:
- Field Force (Sales, Access, Medical Affairs) & CVTs (Core Value Teams)
Key responsibilities:
• Liaise with Commercial Directors & CVTs to prioritize business goals and learning needs, based on current and future capability requirements (e.g.: according to Business Plans), and select suitable SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) for facilitation
• Identify learning needs at a Local level according to the guidelines established by the Regional Strategic Learning Manager
• Deliver learning needs assessment results to the Regional Strategic Learning Manager
• Engage Local/Regional stakeholders to secure their buy-in and sponsorship for the Latam Learning strategy and plan to be delivered
• Develop and implement detailed Learner-Centric roll-out plans at a Local level based on the learning strategy, journeys and Company Calendars.
• Ensure training contents are available and ready for deployment
• Manage learning materials customization to local needs (if needed) through SMEs
• Collaborate with SMEs for facilitation and ensure their dedication is optimized to the fullest, and provide the necessary support and coaching to SMEs
• Lead the Onboarding process of the Field teams and Commercial areas in partnership with with functional leaders & Medical Excellence.
• Manage, administrate and track the budget allocated for Learning Delivery
• Oversee and manage training logistics to implement Learner-Centric roll-out plans at a Local level
• Oversee implementation of Learner-Centric roll-out plans at a Local level for the learning delivery team (if applicable)
• Measure and ensure compliance of Learning KPIs
• Manage and coordinate learning delivery resources to manage peaks and troughs in work volumes (including vendors)
• Meet with key stakeholders to ensure regular alignment of the learning delivery plan to meet the ongoing and changing needs of the business
• Manage communication of learning calendars and employee participation across various learning programs
Qualifications
Experience instructing/facilitating classes in a corporate environment
Work experience in learning delivery
Stakeholder management with multiple groups across the organization at all levels
Expertise in training delivery methods and knowledge of learning trends
At least upper intermediate english level
Experience in pharmaceutical industry is not required
Position based in Buenos Aires, Argentina
