✨ About The Role
- Provide nursing care for patients undergoing various surgical procedures pre and post-operatively
- Care for patients with general medical needs and illnesses across multiple organ systems
- Assist in developing individualized treatment plans and overseeing care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs
- Participate in clinical team conferences and follow hospital, regulatory, and professional guidelines
- Expected to have ongoing interactions with patients, families, and healthcare providers, requiring effective communication and quick response, particularly during emergency situations
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced Registered Nurse with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience in a surgical unit setting
- Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using evidence-based practices and technology
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Detail-oriented individual who can comply with evaluation, treatment, and documentation guidelines
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle patient care tasks, including lifting and transferring patients
