- Experienced Registered Nurse with at least one year of working in Ambulatory Triage, able to handle phone triage efficiently and effectively - Strong communication skills to direct patients to the appropriate areas of need and effectively communicate with MDs regarding patient care plans - Detail-oriented individual with a Massachusetts Nursing license and current ACLS/BLS certifications - Ability to manage Epic in-basket efficiently and effectively - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing situations quickly
