As Senior Associate/Product Manager – Inclusive Communications Capabilities (Alternate Formats), you'll define tools and workflows that ensure marketing materials are accessible, compliant, and equitable. This role is central to enabling scalable, inclusive communications that support health equity, regulatory compliance, and member trust.
This role supports the development of alternate format capabilities, including Braille, large print, audio, and other accessible formats. You'll collaborate with compliance, operations, and vendor teams to ensure accessibility standards—such as ADA, Section 508, and CMS guidelines—are consistently met across all marketing channels.
This role enables Humana to deliver accessible communications to all members, including those with visual, auditory, or other disabilities—ensuring compliance with federal and CMS regulations, supporting health equity, and enhancing member satisfaction and trust.

Pay Range: $104,000 - $143,000 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
