Humana is enhancing its B2B engagement strategy through scalable, digital learning and content delivery—and we're looking for a product manager to lead the development of capabilities that support broker, agent, and partner education. As Senior Associate/Product Manager – B2B Learning & Content Hosting Capabilities, you'll define and manage tools that enable secure, accessible, and personalized content experiences for external audiences.
You'll serve in a dual-hat role: owning the roadmap for platforms like Agent Marketing Hub (AMH) and Agent Advantage University (AAU), while acting as an embedded expert within agile pods to support content delivery, governance, and user enablement. This role is central to enabling efficient, compliant, and engaging content experiences across Humana's B2B ecosystem.
This role supports the development of content hosting and learning management capabilities tailored to Humana's B2B audiences. You'll collaborate with sales enablement, compliance, and technology teams to ensure content is organized, accessible, and aligned with business goals.
