Humana is looking for a Medicaid Senior Project Manager to join the Project Management team! As a Medicaid Senior Project Manager, you will manage all aspects of a project, from start to finish, to ensure it is completed on time and within budget. You will primarily support Medicaid state implementations.
Where You Come In
As a Medicaid Senior Project Manager, you will design, communicate and implement an operational plan for completing the project, monitor progress and performance against the project plan, take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays. In this role you will also identify, develop and gather the resources to complete the project. You will prepare requirements and develop project schedules as well as communicate with project teams, leaders and other operational areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project.
Key Role Functions
While this role is 100% remote, candidates that reside within 50 miles of Louisville, KY may be expected to be in office as needed. All others will remain 100% virtual/remote.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Time zone may alter the schedule depending on needs of the work. Overtime can be expected periodically, with some during weekend release turns.
Training: On-boarding with the team and an overview of how we handle our projects. The expectation is that there will be limited training needed for this position.

Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $86,300 - $118,700 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
