The Learning Design Professional II supports Humana Military's provider engagement strategy by assisting in the design, development, and delivery of educational tools and resources. This role contributes to the creation and management of content across various platforms and supports initiatives that improve provider awareness and understanding of services across the East region. The Learning Design Professional II applies foundational instructional design principles and adult learning theory to help address knowledge and performance gaps among healthcare providers. Assignments may range from routine to moderately complex and require collaboration with team members, evaluation of educational needs, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will assist senior team members in developing content that aligns with the strategic goals and resonates with provider audiences.

Must live in the Eastern time zone
2 years of experience in instructional design, adult learning, or educational content development.
Experience assisting in the creation and delivery of learning solutions, in a consumer-facing or regulated industry (e.g. healthcare, finance, insurance, or government, etc).
Bachelor's degree
Experience working in a healthcare, managed care, or TRICARE setting.
Familiarity with provider engagement strategies or military healthcare systems.
Exposure with digital learning platforms, multimedia tools, and/or provider communications.
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range $59,300 - $80,900 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
