The Learning Design Professional 2 uses instructional design, cognitive psychology, and adult learning theory to determine the appropriate solution to a knowledge or performance gap. The Learning Design Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
The Learning Design Professional 2 is a skilled instructional designer who leverages technology and adult learning principles to create impactful, learner-centered experiences. This role involves analyzing and organizing content, designing innovative learning solutions, and developing a variety of deliverables including storyboards, scripts, performance support tools, learning modules, and manuals.

Pay Range: $59,300 - $80,900 per year
