As Lead Product Manager – Journey Orchestration, you'll own the roadmap for omnichannel journey capabilities and serve as an embedded expert within agile pods to accelerate campaign delivery and ensure feasibility. This role blends strategic ownership with hands-on execution, enabling personalized, timely, and compliant communications across digital and offline channels. You'll partner closely with data science, engineering, and marketing teams to integrate personalization engines, orchestration platforms, and AI/ML models into scalable member journeys.
