We are seeking a strategic and operationally minded Lead Product Manager - Enterprise Marketing Governance Database (Reusable Language) to oversee reusable language frameworks across Insurance, Medicare Advantage (MA), Medicaid, CenterWell, and B2B segments. This role will lead from the front—driving change, influencing cross-functional teams, and ensuring marketing materials meet regulatory standards while aligning with enterprise messaging strategies.

By leading governance and reusable language strategy, this position will reduce risk, improve operational efficiency, and elevate the clarity and consistency of Humana's marketing efforts.
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range $126,300 - $173,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
