We're seeking a strategic marketing leader to serve as Lead, Integrated Activation & Journey Management (PO), supporting our Medicare Advantage and Reliance lines of business—two of Humana's top revenue drivers. This role leads a large cross-functional team in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and journey strategies across major sales seasons. In close collaboration with brand, creative, data, and analytics teams, you'll manage data-driven go-to-market plans designed to drive acquisition growth through omnichannel campaigns spanning TV, Direct Mail, Email, Social, and Digital Media. This high-impact, high-visibility position requires a performance-driven marketing leader with deep expertise in go-to-market strategy and strong project management skills. As part of Humana's Marketing Organization within the Enterprise Growth team, this role collaborates closely with partners across Portfolio, Media & Brand, Product, Consumer Insights & Analytics, Marketing Operations, and Marketing Data & Technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead GTM omnichannel acquisitions strategies across our Insurance products leading up to our major sales seasons.
  • Translate business goals into actionable campaigns across TV, Direct Mail, Social, Digital and Email channels.
  • Define learning agendas and collaborate with analytics team to run test-and-learn campaigns that optimize messaging, targeting, and reduce acquisition costs.
  • Serve as Product Owner for an agile marketing POD, driving efficient execution, managing timelines, and removing blockers.
  • Design and optimize member journeys that support awareness, consideration, and enrollment with our modern marketing capabilities.
  • Lead A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative development to ensure campaigns are compelling, compliant, and brand-aligned.
  • Monitor campaign performance and ROI, using insights to refine strategy and guide future investments.
  • Provide strategic insights to leadership on audience behavior, channel performance, and campaign impact.
  • Partner with analytics, portfolio/brand, and creative teams to identify growth opportunities and ensure cohesive execution.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or equivalent years of relevant experience.
  • 8 + years of experience in acquisition or lifecycle marketing, with a strong focus on performance-driven strategies.
  • 3 + years of experience leading large, cross-functional teams across complex initiatives.
  • 2 + years of experience managing AGILE pods or working within an AGILE marketing framework.
  • Proven track record of executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth and improve cost-per-acquisition across the funnel.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence across teams and functions.
  • Outcomes-oriented leader with a passion for data-informed decision-making and continuous optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with segmentation strategies, journey mapping tools, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Adobe Experience Cloud.

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range $115,200 - $158,400 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
