We are seeking a Government Business Information Technology (IT) Co-op to join the Humana Government Business IT team in Fall 2025. Humana Government Business (HGB) is a subsidiary of Humana Inc, that focuses on a government contract called Tricare. HGB supports the Tricare East Region and administers the health program for military personnel and their family members.
The Government Business IT Co-op will work closely with the Telephony and IVR team, assisting with contract requirement projects and technical problem resolution. In partnership with IT support teams, the co-op will research and resolve technical issues related to reporting, call routing, IVR pathways, workforce management, coding, development, and cloud buildout engagements.

The co-op will be exposed to departmental and organizational strategies, operating objectives, and learn to operate within a corporate environment while adhering to established policies and procedures. The role requires working within defined parameters but allows for some independent judgment regarding prioritization and timing of assignments.

Pay Range: The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $37,440 - $96,800 per year
