The Associate Director, Learning Design requires a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s).

About the Role: As the Associate Director, Learning Design, you will lead a talented team of Learning Design Professionals responsible for onboarding new associates within PPNO and advancing our bite-sized learning initiatives. You will reimagine and modernize our current training methods, plan and execute education strategies, and design effective learning solutions that drive measurable results. From storyboards and scripts to performance support tools, mobile learning modules, and comprehensive manuals, your work will shape the learning experience across the organization.

Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$115,200 - $158,400 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
