- The Registered Nurse (RN) will work in the Emergency Department-based Observation Unit, which is a 20-bed unit focused on patient management.
- The role involves providing care to patients requiring observation for 24-48 hours to determine their discharge or admission status.
- The RN will utilize state-of-the-art technology to support the care of acute patients.
- The position requires the ability to make quick, informed decisions regarding patient care and safety.
- The RN will be part of a dedicated team that includes ED Providers, Hospitalists, Techs, and administrative professionals.

- A successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and be passionate about providing compassionate care to patients.
- Previous experience in acute care is preferred, but new graduates and RNs without hospital experience are encouraged to apply.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development is essential, as the role requires obtaining ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
