✨ About The Role
- Primary responsibilities include supervision of all nursing personnel and nursing related functions on a specific shift
- Duties involve assessing staffing and resident needs and directing care
- Works predominately with an adult geriatric population
- Serves as a role model for staff through provision of safe, effective, and efficient nursing care
- Manages day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department
âš¡ Requirements
- Must hold an active Registered Nurse license issued in the state of Maryland
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university strongly preferred
- 1-3 years of managerial experience and proven leadership skills a plus
- Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or skilled nursing facility
- Must possess a current CPR license
