✨ About The Role
- Deliver therapy, manage schedules, and document notes using company-provided technology
- Provide attuned psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families either virtually or in-person
- Conduct assessments, provide diagnoses, and create treatment plans with autonomy to use preferred therapeutic approaches
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care to clients
- Access professional development opportunities, including in-house Continuing Education programs and monthly Consultation Groups
âš¡ Requirements
- Ideal for licensed therapists with 5-8 years of experience in delivering individual, family, and couples therapy
- Requires a deep commitment to client-centered care and a strong understanding of trauma-informed approaches and evidence-based practices
- Thrives in a collaborative environment and values continuous learning and sharing knowledge with colleagues
- Must hold an active license as a California LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Clinical Psychologist
- Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet access and experience with Google Suite
