- Responsible for providing total direct nursing care to patients within established standards of care, hospital, and unit policies
- Required to complete specific orientation related to orthopedic and spine care pathways for patients
- In charge of assessing comprehensive nursing needs, coordinating patient education, and developing patient care plans with the interdisciplinary team
- Expected to communicate effectively with supervisors, charge nurses, and physicians regarding patient information and condition changes
- Committed to upholding the highest quality of care and contributing to the overall patient experience

- Experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in orthopedic and spine care pathways
- Ability to provide direct patient care, assess nursing needs, and coordinate patient education effectively
- Skilled in planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while involving patients and their families in the process
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and report patient condition changes promptly
- Committed to continuous learning and professional development, including obtaining a Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) if not already acquired
