- The RN Case Manager I will perform care management for members with complex and chronic care needs.
	- Responsibilities include assessing, developing, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating care plans.

⚡ Requirements

- A bachelor's degree in a health-related field is required for this position.
	- Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
	- A current, unrestricted RN license in the applicable state is mandatory, with multi-state licensure preferred.
	- Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in NICU or OB, is strongly preferred.
	- Bilingual candidates are preferred, indicating a need for effective communication with diverse populations.
