- The ideal candidate will have a current, unrestricted RN license from the state of New York.
- A minimum of three years of experience working with individuals with chronic illnesses, co-morbidities, and/or disabilities is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and a customer/member-oriented approach are crucial for success in this role.
- Proficiency with technology, particularly Microsoft Office applications, is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary, and bilingual language skills are a plus.
