✨ About The Role
- The Registered Nurse will be responsible for administering ordered therapies in accordance with prescriber orders and facility protocols.
- The role includes performing physical assessments on patients and documenting all pertinent data in their medical records.
- The nurse will educate patients and their families regarding therapy plans and ensure medication orders are complete and accurate.
- The position requires adherence to state, local, and federal laws, including HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality.
- The job entails evaluating patients' responses to therapy and reporting significant changes to the Center Director.
âš¡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN or ADN) and at least 2 years of clinical experience.
- A current unrestricted RN license in the applicable state is required, with multi-state licensure preferred.
- Experience with IV therapy, including Port, PICC, and Peripheral Line, is highly desirable.
- Candidates should have a strong understanding of medication mixing and titration.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, indicating a higher level of education and training.
