- The Medical Director will be responsible for the administration of physical and/or behavioral health medical services.
- This role includes developing and implementing programs to improve quality, cost, and outcomes in healthcare.
- The Medical Director may conduct peer-to-peer clinical reviews and serve as a resource to other areas of the company.
- The position requires independent work with oversight from an immediate manager.
- The Medical Director may chair company committees and interpret medical policies and clinical guidelines.

- The ideal candidate will have an MD or DO with board certification from an approved certifying board.
- A minimum of 10 years of clinical experience is required, demonstrating a strong background in healthcare.
- Experience in providing care and services to the pediatric population is preferred.
- The candidate should possess an active unrestricted medical license to practice medicine.
- Strong leadership skills are essential, as the role may involve overseeing Medical Director Associates.
