Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered.

The Learning Experience Designer I is responsible for building business-aligned, integrated learning solutions using a variety of techniques and tools.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Contributes to analysis and design.
• Collaborates with business partners on expected business outcomes.
• Participates in needs analysis and recommends effective learning solutions.
• Collaborates with other content developers, graphic designers, technology consultants, technologists, and other project team members on design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions.
• Uses all approved processes, tools and templates to standard for development and reporting.
• Actively maintains all content.
• Participates in quality review process.
• Participates in and contributes to Learning & Development sub-teams, communities of practice, and other opportunities to enhance knowledge and skill.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires BA/BS in related field; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

• Knowledge of instructional design concepts and adult learning theories for design of effective learning solutions.
• Prior experience using Articulate Rise and/or Articulate Storyline preferred.

For candidates working in person or virtual in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $27.70 to $41.56.

Locations: New York
