- Clear and concise audit work papers must be prepared to summarize audit methodologies and conclusions.

- The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in public accounting, particularly with a Big Four firm, is highly valued.
- Candidates should possess certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA to enhance their qualifications.
- A strong understanding of insurance company operations and regulations is preferred.
- The successful candidate will have experience working in complex IT/IS environments and with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) systems.
