✨ About The Role
- The LPN plays an integral role in the success of the team, community, and creating a place residents and patients are proud to call home
- Responsible for providing assistance in all Nursing Department functions as directed/instructed and in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Conduct daily nursing functions in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines governing the long-term care facility
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents with documentation regarding care and service provided
- Participate in facility surveys (inspections) as requested by management
âš¡ Requirements
- Must possess a current and active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in the state
- Experience in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility working with a variety of patients & residents
- Ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and accept constructive criticism
- Proficiency in speaking, writing, and understanding English
